i have a question... do ability modifiers modify the recharge or duration numbers if they are scalable (or even if it isn't)? seems that it would if it scaled with tier but i would like to do some testing. if anyone knows offhand please let me know. thanks. ockhams 03:02, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
